Package Design
A cosmetic brand with the concept of "skincare while wearing makeup." An American cosmetics company established in 2007, primarily using mineral ingredients. The current headquarters is in Japan. We've been involved since the brand's launch, handling logo design, product design, product catalogs & website (until 2010), and department store promotional materials design (until 2011). Currently, we mainly handle package design.

Products Design
We were responsible for logo design and package design. When the company was founded in 2007, with the direction of "not emphasizing organic, but creating a stylish image comparable to mainstream makeup brands," we proposed an urban and linear logo. First, we started with abstract shapes of squares and circles for easy recognition, and eventually settled on the current logo design. MiMC products have many unique formulations based on minerals, and we strive to change the graphics for each product to highlight their individuality. Here we showcase representative packages.

Visual Art Direction
Despite being made with mineral ingredients, the color items have beautiful pigmentation, and the skincare products use unique ingredients. We focused on creating visuals that highlight either the ingredients or their distinctive textures.

Brochure Design
We designed pamphlets distributed at MiMC stores and included with EC shipments. Our company handled everything from Art Direction for product photography to pamphlet delivery. (Note: Brand CD directed the model photography.) The square pamphlet was inspired by the shape of MiMC's logo and proposed as something that would easily fit in women's small bags. The accordion-fold design allowed for beautiful display of horizontal visuals and was well-received by customers.

Store Item
Design of fixtures and supplementary materials for MiMC department store locations and wholesale clients. The square shape of the shoppers and the circular handles of the pear-finish bags were also inspired by the logo's shapes.
